1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of MarketGapAI's services and the immediate access granted upon subscription, all sales are final and refunds are generally not provided. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to premium features, data, and AI-powered analysis tools.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Platform Bug: If a verified, reproducible bug in our platform prevents you from accessing the core features of the Service for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for the affected billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances described above, please contact us at support@marketgapai.com within 14 days of the charge in question. Your request must include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A detailed description of the issue (e.g., duplicate charge receipt, steps to reproduce the bug)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” portal accessible from your account. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
